Menu Items |
As you have encountered, menu items in IMMEX problem sets may be placed at the top frame or left frame of a screen as text or as buttons. Generally, buttons are created using the insert flash button feature of Macromedia Dreamweaver MX or Macromedia Flash MX software, and some times as graphics using photo editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop. Due to a variety of technical issues involved in integrating Macromedia Flash into IMMEX problem sets, this segment will be limited to creating menu items with inserting text and inserting flash text and flash button features of Macromedia Dreamweaver MX. However, to facilitate the deployment of IMMEX on the IMMEX server, record the name of all files done with the insert flash button and flash text features so that the IMMEX programmer may be aware of the existence of flash buttons in your problem space prior to deployment. You may make your notations on the case links file by simply adding flash button ar flash text in parenthesis next to the file name. |
